A Plant based Cooking class from Scratch that will start with Vinyasa Yoga, followed by the delicious - nutritious menu that we will be creating and eating accompanied  with conversations about living the yoga in our every day life or any other interesting conversations.

We'll begin with a 90-minute Vinyasa Yoga class to energize body and mind. Afterward, we'll prepare our meal together to enjoy at the end of the workshop.

I have different themes for our workshops, so you can choose:

Mexican cooking classes, High Protein vegan meals, desserts, Raw Vegan, Italian and more. Let me know what would you like to eat and we’ll veganize it. Write me and let me know what are you craving that you would like to learn.

While we cook and share a meal, we'll chat about health, happiness, vegan food, music, nature, travel… or whatever you'd like.

It will be a space to be kids again, learning to cook plant-based meals from scratch in a cozy and relaxed atmosphere.
