Vegan Cooking and Yoga Workshop

* A half day retreat to practice and learn vegan cooking dishes.

A Plant based Cooking class from Scratch that will start with Vinyasa Yoga, followed by the delicious - nutritious menu that we will be creating and eating accompanied  with conversations about living the yoga in our every day life or any other interesting conversations.

I invite you to join this vibrant and inspiring workshop. Every time we’ll have a different cooking theme, so you can learn to prepare delicious and nutritious plant based dishes.

We'll begin with a 90-minute Vinyasa Yoga class to energize body and mind. Afterward, we'll prepare our meal together to enjoy at the end of the workshop.

While we cook and share a meal, we'll chat about health, happiness, vegan food, music, nature, travel… or whatever you'd like.

It will be a space to connect, if you are new to Tulum or to the yoga community, to learn to cook plant-based meals, and enjoy in a cozy and welcoming atmosphere in the town of Tulum.
