"It's about the effort, about observing our mind and emotions while practicing the postures, seeing ourselves without filters, and then changing from there, working on acceptance, patience, and being consistent, practicing what we learned on the mat day after day and applying it to daily life. And so, little by little, we change, almost without realizing it, because the focus is only on the present. The posture itself isn't the goal; rather, through the postures, we change ourselves.
