Some students have describe Estudio Vivo as a little Bali inside Tulum town. The studio has wooden floor, bamboo ceiling and offers a special vibe in Tulum to practice Vinyasa Yoga. It is located in a second floor in a open room that face the jungle patio, you can also visit their beautiful furniture shop with Mexican and international Art, plus after class we can indulge in their super delicious vegan and vegetarian restaurant, that offer the best Chilaquiles and French Toast in Tulum. "Se trata del esfuerzo, de la observación de nuestra mente y emociones al practicar las posturas, vernos sin filtros, para entonces desde ahí cambiar, trabajando la aceptación, la paciencia y siendo constantes, día a día practicando lo que aprendimos en el tapete y llevarlo en la vida diaria, y así poco a poco vamos cambiando, casi sin darnos cuenta, por que el enfoque es solo en el presente, no es la meta en si la postura, si no a través de las posturas nosotros nos vamos cambiando, la flexibilidad tiene que suceder primero en la mente, la meta es estar bien, ser feliz, en el aquí y en el ahora."
