Intensive Vinyasa Yoga Immersion 22 hours

If you want to deepen your knowledge about your physical and mental body, this course is for you.

If you want to experience what it is to have a constant and uninterrupted practice, this course is for you.

If you haven’t practice in a while and you want to come back to your practice this course is also for you.

It will be an intimate group of maximum 6 students.

Our practice will start at 8am and finish by 10:00am

It will include 90 min of yoga asanas vinyasa style practice, Pranayama and Meditation 30 min daily.

The classes of the 24th (8:30am) , 26th (10:30am) of April and 1st (8:30am) of May will be held at my public group class at Holistika main shala.

There are only 6 spaces available.

The total cost is $3,600 pesos

The little shala is 7 min walking distance from Holistika hotel and 3 minutes from Digital Jungle.
