In this re-treat we’ll focus on the Chakras.
“Since thousands and thousands of years, its been discovered this seven complex, fundamental systems of emission-reception, which connect our microcosm with the outer macrocosm's seven fundamental levels of vibration. These centers of force are usually known as chakras.
The ancient Ayurveda texts speak specifically about the importance of good blood circulation and bone strength for good health.
If the blood is not clean, then the nadi chakras (subtle energy centers and channels) will not function (spin) properly.
A good example will be the wheels of trains, electrical appliances, and machines. If even one of the wheels malfunctions, all the activities of the machine stop and the appliance breaks down.
In the same way, when one of the nadi chakras contained in the machine that is the body, malfunctions or goes to waste, we will not reap the benefits of good health.
Therefore, good blood circulation is essential for the proper functioning of the nadi chakras…”
